Well, congress hasn't passed a budget in 5 years. Obama has gotten every tax increase, every spending increase he has wanted his entire presidency. He has made no compromises, he has never negotiated.
His dismal record was on full display during the 2012 election.
The government has run on the brink of disaster his entire presidency, limping along from one continuing resolution to the next, funding our government a few weeks or months at a time.
And, for the ultimate parlor trick, he has blamed everything he has ever done on George Bush and the republicans.
So, about us being more open to attach because congress isn't working property?

You're right, Diane. Congress isn't working and we are more at risk. Hey, maybe someone should get off the golf course, stop campaigning in Hollywood and compromise for the sake of our country.
